Radeon driver on www.apt-get.com

Hello, I saw that on apt-get.com there's a driver for radeon based 
videocards. Did anyone try it? Is it just a repackage of the ATI RPM or 
is it something better? How do you install it (a part from dpkg, is 
there any other step needed?)
