I had a question to make and that is does Debian OS accepts some windows applications like microsoft office pro, designing applications?

In one word NO.
Although you can use other applications to enable you to run both windows & Linux applications on the same computer. Look up VMWare. It is mature & very well accepted. There are also some other products under development in the free software arena that will eventually serve the same purpose. See Xandros OS; a Debian derivative.
If you have not done so, & have acces to a Linux system, check out Open Office Org it serves the same purpose as MS Office pro & even uses MySQL database for itrs backend "natively".
