The easiest partitioner I know of is gparted. You can download a bootable disk with gparted on it.

 * Perform actions with partitions such as:
     o create or delete
     o resize or move
     o check
     o label
     o set new UUID
     o copy and paste
 * Manipulate file systems such as:
     o btrfs
     o ext2 / ext3 / ext4
     o fat16 / fat32
     o hfs / hfs+
     o linux-swap
     o lvm2 pv
     o nilfs2
     o ntfs
     o reiserfs / reiser4
     o ufs
     o xfs
