None, you should use a regular iso: http://www.debian.org/distrib/
and burn it directly on your stick 
(dd if=myimagethatissooobioutifoultoutplein.iso of=/dev/sdX) and boot
on the stick afterwards.

No, they're not meant for that (except if you have a special program
to correctly burn them directly on a stick).
