I don't know that it does. A default Debian Jessie install brings with
it a bunch of stuff like LibreOffice, but I don't think Xfce itself
depends on anything particularly large. The design philosophy aims at
being light and modular, so you aren't required to pull in a whole lot
of heavy stuff.
