Basically, my timing was a bit late, Scott had shifted from the attack
already and was showing why the technical concerns were groundless.

The political context issues remain unaddressed; I am still debating
whether to point out that TPP is succeeding where ACTA hit the wall,
and drawing the connection to the DCMA.
