With "CVE-2018....." that's not valid already.

CVE's started in 1999 and the first four digits represent YYYY, so the
correct range today can only bu CVE-1999-nnnn to CVE-2014-nnnn

That alone makes it an obvious fake, unless it was a typo of course.
