The funny thing is, that "gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders" is mentioned without a path. Regarding to https://packages.debian.org/search?suite=jessie&arch=any&mode=path&searchon=contents&keywords=gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders this does mean, that the user needs to install the devel package. I guess /usr/lib/ isn't a default path for executables.
