I haven't heard *anything* from the TV or radio either, considering it is a catastrophe worse than the Y2K bug. It seems very likely that people are using compromised apps on their smartphone and you'd think it would be advisable to warn people ASAP! Not even an email from the bank! Then there is also the very serious issue of embedded devices using openssl.
