'aptitude changelog' won't do one any good unless one has some deb-src
entries in sources.list.

$ aptitude changelog openssl
Err Changelog of openssl
E: Changelog download failed: 404  Not Found [IP: X.X.X.X 80]
E: You must put some 'source' URIs in your sources.list
E: Couldn't find a changelog for openssl

Reading changelog in /usr/share/doc is easier.
