and disabling the cups.* targets".
Not sure exactly how to "go to systemd.unit=emergency.target" ... or

I wouldn't be too worried. This bug is tagged unreproducible/moreinfo.
And indeed, I can't reproduce the problem. cups works just fine here and
the system boots without issues with systemd.
