Ok, another upgrade question. On Debian Sid, `aptitude dist-upgrade`
wants to upgrade cups, but there's this bug:

#741528 - cups makes system unbootable with systemd due to ordering cycle

Am I reading this correctly to assume that if I allow cups to be
upgraded my system will not boot? Reading the bug report:

  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=741528

seems this can be resolved by "...going to systemd.unit=emergency.target
and disabling the cups.* targets".

Not sure exactly how to "go to systemd.unit=emergency.target" ... or
if that's the best way to deal with this for now, or how concerned
I should be about this bug.

I wouldn't be too worried. This bug is tagged unreproducible/moreinfo.
And indeed, I can't reproduce the problem. cups works just fine here and the system boots without issues with systemd.
