I know that some MUAs are able to do such kind of filtering
automatically, but I am using a webmail (roundcube) most of the

This can be achieved using a sieve filter, and there are sieve filter
plugins for roundcube.
This topic comes up once a year, on half dozen different lists I'm on.
It seems to be a religious argument that raises the same level of
animosities as reply-to-list vs. reply-to-sender.
Personally, I like reply-to-sender, and I like [listname] in my subject
lines, and set up the lists I run that way. It's easy enough to set up
in any halfway decent list manager, and it makes it really easy to see
list mail, all in one folder, grouped by list. But... as I say, it's a
religious argument. Good luck getting things changed on any one
particular list.
