This is either trolling, or a serious misconception. Assuming good faith (i.e. the latter): Debian is "universal" because it runs on a huge range of architectures. The others you mentioned aren't, because they don't. Also, Debian is universal in a different sense: it's the upstream root of an enormous family of distros, of which Ubuntu is just one.
