Looks like a DNS issue to me, getaddrinfo is the part where the hostname is resolved to an IP. Try to ping the remote host and see if it even resolves the IP. you may need to check your machine's settings to make sure it uses a proper DNS server (I guess you should use the internal one in your company here).
