Hi all!
I'm installing Xen server following the beginners guide [1] without any
problems. When I tried connect virt-manager with the server I obtained
these errors and how I fixed it.
* The remote host requires a version of netcat/nc which supports the -U
option.
Fix it installing netcat-openbsd package.
* Verify that the 'libvirtd' daemon is running on the remote host.
Fix it installing libvirt-bin packages.
* unable to connect to 'localhost:8000': Connection refused
I found this link [2] about how to fix the problem: Adding
(xend-http-server yes) to file /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp and restarting
xen daemon.
I probe installing Xen on VirtualBox two times and connect from my PC
with virt-manager whit the same results.
King regards.
Fernando.
