Indeed. I entered 465 when answering dpkg-reconfigure questions.
This is also what is recorded in /etc/exim4/update-exim4.conf.conf:
dc_smarthost='mail.messagingengine.com:465'
I don't understand why ':25' is appended, and what is the meaning
of that.
