Please, do not use
the Reply to All, or use MUA, which can identify MLs and post replies
only to ML or provides some type of the command for this.
Indeed, using correct tools or knowing how they behave is the best way:
I always use reply all, and it does not seems to send mails to the
sender too.
On the other hand, if I use the normal reply, it only reply to the
sender. I also already received private replies, and I guess because
sender's MUA have the same behavior as mine. Accidents can happen.
And please, don't correct people, which are doing things in good
manier.

But note that the OP lost some replies of that thread, because people
are not used to CC others. That's why I suggested that. Yes, it was a
simple suggestion, I never said he was doing things the wrong way, and
so did not tried to correct him.
