See above, no line breaks. Putting that aside for a minute, you should set your mailer to plain text. You are sending html formatted mail to the list which is a no no, but since it is multipart/alternative there is a plain text copy as an attachment also. Regarding the formatting, you could hit the enter key after about 60 characters or so. (May not be easy to count them though.)
