After upgarding bootlogd and initscripts 2.88dsf-42 -> 2.88dsf-43,
and other packages that are built from sysvinit, I found that
    1. /etc/init.d/bootlogd
    2. /etc/init.d/stop-bootlogd
    3. /etc/init.d/stop-bootlogd-single
are no longer installed. Looks similar to
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=716948. At the
time I had dpkg 1.16.10.
I tried to reinstall, and doing that after upgrading dpkg to
1.17.1. Eventually I purged bootlogd and installed it again.

I wonder how many people, if at all, had that?
