You likely caused them to be integrated with the addition of nautilus features and add ons. Try checking on those & if you recently upgraded them you may have to remove them to get the "NEW" style screen features back. Your mileage may vary with this possible solution. However this is how I was able to get them installed after my initial upgrade from squeeze to wheezy.
