Short: try installing task-gnome-desktop Long: you probably removed some metapackage when you first removed iceweasel, which is why this happens. You can either try to guess which metapackage and install it back or just go through the list with apt-mark. Note: the list would have probably been much bigger were it not for circular depends/recommends.
