 I created an array /dev/md0
--level=5 --raid-devices=4 /dev/sd[bcde]

I get this in mdstat

where I see 0,1,2,4 as devices (3 is missing)
Am I doing anything wrong ? Can someone tell me how to fix this please ?

I even tried a mdadm --remove /dev/sde and an add /dev/sde
