If the files in question were created by a program that you installed via
the package-management system *after installation was complete* there is
no way for the package-management system to know about them.  It can no
more help you with them than it can with files that you created with
your editor and now no longer want.

You wouldn't want the system helpfully deleting things it thinks you
no longer need from your home directory anyway.
