According to the documentation [0]: "NEVER list a virtual MAILBOX domain name as a virtual ALIAS domain!" You have: virtual_alias_domains = nuvolabianca.org virtual_mailbox_domains = nuvolabianca.org Get rid of the "virtual_alias_domains". Your logs also show that the mail was delivered to spamassassin, does spamassassin log where that went?
