The driver is loaded. Your first post implied it wasn't.

And the firmware is also found and loaded.

You appear to have the basics necessary to establish a wireless
connection.  It might be a good idea to describe how you are trying to
get a connection and whether it succeeds or fails. Please post the
interfaces file from /etc/network.
