Hello,
I've been trying to get my TTF fonts into GIMP but haven't been having
much luck. I've followed the instructions on:
http://www.paulandlesley.org/linux/xfree4_tt.html
(but didn't make aliases) to make the fonts.dir and fonts.scale file. All
of the fonts are listed, but only some are showing up in my applications.
When I ran ttmkfdir I got error messages about the foundry SEAN not being
found. I'm not sure if makes a difference or not, but that was the only
error I got.
I've added the path the to XF86Config-4 file and rebooted the computer.
The fonts still aren't showing up in the GIMP though. Is there something
else I'm supposed to do to get things working?
Any help (including pointers to RTFM URLs) would be appreciated! I've
added my XF86Config-4 file and a partial listing from the fonts.scale
file.
