That's bad, if there is no way to disable one of the GPUs in the BIOS

Use the 3.6 kernel from experimental.  As for the nouveau X driver, the
version in experimental would support optimus if it were built for
Xserver 1.13 -- which is not available in Debian, you have to build it
(and the necessary input and video drivers) yourself.
