I really hope the Fed goes after Microsoft for not taking care of this 20 years ago when they first knew that viruses were a problem on their platforms, and the people who fail to take preventative measures (like keeping up to date on patches and their virus scanner, if they even run MS OS's to begin with), with the same veracity that they go after the virus writers themselves and other net terrorists.
