They can buy a computer with preinstalled and preconfigured Software.
I bought my last laptop with preconfigured dual boot Debian (Squeeze
with KDE) and Win7 (bundled with hardware), plus Win XP Pro installed
under Virtualbox/Debian.
Disk/partition configuration was choosable at time of order.
The additional installation fee was AFAIR EUR 60,- plus the license
for Win XP.
