I think I understand what you're saying, but let me ask this question. Do you mean that all only the specific keys and key combinations you listed stop working. The rest of the keyboard and the mouse still work? If you can manage it, you should try booting the computer with a live CD of a distro like Ubuntu to see if you see the same problems. If not, then at least you probably don't have a hardware problem. In that case, then this might be some kind of driver or configuration problem. But if another operating system still sees the same issues, you should look into getting a replacement system or a refund.
