I picked a few of the to-be-downgraded packages and all of them were from sid. Do you want to run sid or wheezy? There is at least one (vsftpd) which I don't think will migrate to wheezy due to the freeze, so you'll have to choose. Please post also the output of 'LANG=C apt-cache policy' so we can see how your system is configured.
