Evolution does provide those options for HTML and plain text and it has
got impact to plain text mails.

This should become a never ending line, because I switched to preformatted. 
Usually this would cause lines that force the reader to scroll. Here the line 
is endless.

I've seen a strange formatted email some minutes ago, send to the
jack-devel mailing list, sent from an iPhone.
