No, the bug was fixed in unstable in January/February. It's still present in stable. I haven't had independent confirmation it was fixed, so it's been left open for the time being, but should probably be closed. It's possible that this could be fixed in a stable point release, but AFAICT it's purely cosmetic--while it says it failed to mount the local filesystems, it mounted everything except /proc.
