None of these filters are in testing or unstable so one must wonder why CUPS is looking for them. oopstops has been removed completely (see the Debian changelog) ; what has happened to the other two I don't know. Bug #638933 mentions an iffy fix. Is the installation a new or upgraded one? Was printing previously in a working state? You could completely purge CUPS and all its related packages.
