But I have no clue how to run this apport-collect 880316 command Brad mentioned in post #2. But maybe I can install Ubunt server version and run the command there. Or maybe it's possible to switch to a terminal with Ctrl+Alt+F2 like during the Debian installation. Thanks a lot for your help!
