The physical keys do not need to be changed, just the keycaps. Every consumer keyboard can have the keycaps removed and replaced. I am a keyboard affectionado, I am currently typing on a Cherry Brown keyboard that I personally rearranged the keycaps on from Qwerty to Colemak. Photos upon request.
