This doesn't look so good. I just donwloaded a new kernel 2.4.22 source tarbal, did a :

It's a production machine, so I'm a bit hesitant to test by rebooting :-) I copied over the .config file from a 2.4.16 that I'm presently running on, and then did a make menuconfig to turn on NFS V3 supprt.
