Oops, my mistake, didn't notice the CC. That's probably because Ralf's
mail client (oh look, it's Evolution) doesn't have a reply-to-list
function and he's too lazy to tidy up when he uses reply-to-all. Or it
does have reply-to-list and he hasn't worked out how to use it.
I avoid Evolution like the plague so I have no idea if it has
reply-to-list or not.
