But did you finally solve the issue? I think this one from Frank it deserves. He has tried the usual things and none of them have worked. Anyway, we (bug reporters) are plain users, we don't have to be technically skilled in any specific field, just noting the error we get, when it happens, provide as much information as we can and explain what tests we have already done.
