I checked if a bug report had already been filed in the Debian or KDE BTS. I found nothing therefore opened this one : http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=639845 I filed the bug report against kde-window-manager (KWin) but it could be Qt or another.
