The variables that can be set in "/etc/default/grub" are exported in
"/usr/sbin/grub-mkconfig" ("/etc/default/grub" is sourced by
"/usr/sbin/grub-mkconfig").

Why they aren't listed in "/etc/default/grub" is anyone's guess.
