On my Debian this rsync -av --delete <IP>::bar bar/
waiting without error message, but do not works. On other Debian rsync -av --delete <IP>::bar bar/ receiving incremental file list created directory bar ./ .bash_eternal_history .bash_history .bashrc .lesshst simply works. hosts allow directive it's ok.
