It looks that the output of apt-listchanges.  It's probably showing your the 
changes from within "less".  Press 'q' to exit.

If you don't want the output at all, remove apt-listchanges.  If you want to 
use a different pager, set the PAGER environment variable to what you'd like.  
If you want less to exit automatically at the end of the text, configure the 
LESSOPTIONS environment variable properly.
