You have not rebooted your system in 583 days meaning that you have NOT taken any of the posted Linux kernel security upgrades in that time period. You may have been hit by any of the cracks running in the wild that are known and fixed but you have not installed. After a couple of years of being vulnerable to security issues it could be anything. You should install security upgrades and reboot to activate the new kernels otherwise you are not protected.
