Folk, A friend has data on a diskette written in MacOS around 1995. According to this page hfs and hfs+ are supported. http://wiki.debian.org/FileSystem
How reliable is this capability? Should I try to identify the filesystem as hfs vs. hfs+ before trying to mount it? Will "mount -t hfs" damage hfs+ and conversely? Thanks for any tips, ...
