Attached my xorg.conf and the Xorg.0.log for both Xinerama and the BigDesktop. Running Xinerama is fast (snappy response of the GUI and glxgears is doing > 3300 FPS) and running the BigDesktop is slow ( very slow firefox and evolution, drag and drop hard because of the delays, glxgears 245 FPS) Both logs do not show any errors but maybe there is something in it that gives a clue.
