Nothing in linux concerning closed source drivers is "easy" by definition >:-) I installed nvidia proprietary drivers by following Debian wiki steps: http://wiki.debian.org/NvidiaGraphicsDrivers Just ensure you install the nvidia driver suitable for your card.
