In view of the *many* Linux users happily printing away on HP
laserjets,
I would say that your blanket condemnation of HP is a steaming pile of
BS.
Now, how is stating

advertising *this* printer as "working with Linux"

*blanket* condemnation?

Me included. Only, I'm doing it on a HP officejet that really *is*
Linux-compatible, not just advertised as being that.
I'm also happily using my Debian-compatible HP laptop, and hold no
grudge against HP whatsoever. In fact, I consider them one of the more
Linux-friendly corporations out there (FWIW).
