Seems like the variable 'APACHE_LOG_DIR' isn't properly set in the config
(/etc/apache2/apache2.conf)
you might want to check that. The path
"/disk2/pictures/www/${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/other_vhosts_access.log" seems a
bit odd to me with that variable name...
