jigdo download failed

Hi folks,
I intend to upgrade fr 'stable' to 'testing' using jigdo CD. In Window I 
download the jigdo file, extract the files and execute jigdo-lite. After I 
entered the URL I get the msg:

"jigdotemplate/sarge-i386-template ....."

Pls help.
